Prepare like the pros and join us for our Étape Reccy Weekend. Over two days we'll ride the route in detail with our expert guides on hand to pass on essential advice to ensure you perform to your potential on the day.

Our hotel located at the foot of the Col du Tourmalet is the perfect base to reccy the 2010 Étape route. Between tackling the infamous climbs of the Marie Blanque, Soulor and Tourmalet you'll be able to relax in complete comfort and enjoy great local cuisine.

Etape du Tour Reccy Weekend Two

Friday

Arrive at Pau Airport. Transfer to our base near Argeles-Gazost by minibus. (Toulouse pick-up also available for a supplement)

Saturday

Your bike will be assembled and ready to go. Today we will examine the first part of the route from Pau to the Col de Soulor. Our expert guides will accompany the group to pass on tips on race day tactics, bike handling technique and anything else you may wish to quiz them on.

Sunday

Today we will tackle the legendary Col du Tourmalet, the final challenge of the 2010 Étape route. With the climb easily accessible from our hotel, we'll take in a circular route via Campan, Bagnéres -de-Bigorre and the foothills south of Lourdes to round off a great weekend of riding.

Monday

A day to relax and enjoy your last few hours in the Pyréneés. Your bike will be packed up ready for your flight home. Our minibus will take you back to Pau or Toulouse airport.
